West Midlands Digital is an independent business run from Herefordshire. Ring us and you might well get our AI agent first — we use the same AI answering machine we sell, so it takes your details and passes them straight on. Either way you explain the problem once, and somebody who knows the work picks it up.
There are thirty years of getting things delivered behind that, but it is not really what you are buying. What you are buying is somebody who will look at what you have already got, tell you plainly whether it needs changing, and say so when it does not.
Most of our work is for small businesses and tradespeople — the sort of place where the computer in the office is also the accounts department, and a failed drive on a Friday is a genuinely bad week. We travel across the West Midlands for on-site work, with remote support for everything that does not need a visit.
